Last week, the Loudon County Sheriff’s Office partnered with Loudon County Schools to conduct active shooter response training at Loudon High School. All teachers from the Loudon County School System participated in this vital training, working alongside our deputies to strengthen preparedness and coordination in the event of an emergency.

Sheriff Jimmy Davis emphasized the importance of this effort, stating, “Protecting our schools takes all of us working together. By training alongside educators and first responders, we’re building the confidence, skills, and teamwork needed to keep our children safe.”

We’re incredibly thankful for the outstanding support and participation from our partnering agencies:

– Lenoir City Fire Department

– Lenoir City Police Department

– Loudon County Dispatch

– Loudon County Emergency Management Agency

– Loudon Police Department

– Priority Ambulance Service

– Tellico Village Fire Department

– Tennessee Emergency Management Agency

– Tennessee Homeland Security

This multi-agency collaboration reflects our shared commitment to the safety and well-being of Loudon County students and staff.
