Last night the Loudon County Sheriff’s Office held our annual Christmas Party at the Tellico Village Yacht Club, bringing together deputies, staff, and their families to celebrate the season and recognize outstanding service from across the agency.

During the event, the following annual awards were presented:

  • Corrections Deputy of the Year – Deputy Katelynn Wright
  • Corrections Supervisor of the Year – Corporal Crystal Underwood
  • Patrol Deputy of the Year – Deputy Brad McCall
  • Patrol Supervisor of the Year – Corporal Christina Wallen
  • School Resource Officer of the Year – Deputy Brooke Slattery

In addition, Lieutenant Kyle Goins was honored with the Sergeant Chris Jenkins Selfless Service Award in recognition of his dedication and commitment to serving others.

We would like to sincerely thank our sponsors for helping make this year’s Christmas Party possible:

  • Tellico Village Yacht Club
  • Wampler’s Farm Sausage
  • Turn Key Health
  • Home Depot – Lenoir City
  • Volunteer State Armory

We also extend our appreciation to the Blount County Sheriff’s Office for staffing our Detention Facility, as well as the Lenoir City Police Department and Loudon Police Department for covering our patrol zones. Their support allowed deputies who were on duty the opportunity to attend and spend time with their families during this special event.

Congratulations to all of our award recipients, and thank you to everyone who helped make this evening a success.
